2. Age Restriction

MINI SUB is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data.

3. Wallet Funding & Banking Services Disclaimer

Non-Banking Status: MINI SUB is a VTU utility platform and is not a bank. We do not provide direct banking services, nor do we hold banking licenses.

Financial Processing: All wallet funding and financial transactions are executed via licensed third-party payment gateways and regulated financial institutions in Nigeria.

Bank Identification: Commercial bank names and logos displayed within the application are strictly for identifying payment routes/channels. MINI SUB does not claim ownership, affiliation, or representation of any commercial bank.

4. Account Creation

To access our services, users must create a secure account. During this process, we collect:

  • Personal Identifiers: Full name, phone number, and email address.
  • Security: A user-generated secure password.
